Ridding Programs

For the Yangon nearby Riding, visitors have to transfer to YKKO Riding Club, situated at Hmaw – Bi Township, Yangon regional. It was founded by U NYAIN LINN (the chairman of YKKO Kyay – Oh of BBQ House. From this starting point visitors can enjoy their horse riding trek, YKKO – PHU GYI – YKKO (20 km).

Hmawbi - Phu Gyi Dam Sightseeing

Early morning, start the trek from the YKKO Riding Club. Pass the Rubber Forest and observe the collecting of sticky from Rubber Plants along the outdoor trekking of Horse Back Riding and seeing the flat Rubber making process. Visiting at Phar-out cloister (Meditation Center), peace and quiet place, to get the own experience of Meditation (Vipassana) about 15 minutes. The riders can enjoy Pann-ta-pwint Hill, where there is a magnificent pagoda and Monastic Education School which founded from Pann-ta-pwint Monk. The last point is the Phu-Gyi Dam. The Phu – Gyi Dam still preserves all her charms of green land, fresh air and blue water. The riders can feel the peace of the nature and the breath-taking scenery of the Phu – Gyi Dam. After that drive back to YKKO Riding Club and lunch at there.

Nature’s Life Equestrian & Country Club founded by Dr. San Tun Oo (a veterinary surgeon), situated at East of the Yankin Hill, Pathein Gyi Township, Mandalay Division and has animal husbandry. Ride Outdoor Horse Riding Tracks around the Yankin Hill and Mandalay Hill. Every visitor (Riders) has a chance to see and feel the nature of science beauty and ways of life of the people. Sightseeing the interesting places of Mandalay and visiting to the Vipassana Meditation Centers. Yankin Hill Around Sightseeing

After breakfast at your Hotel, 20 minutes drive to Nature’s Life Club, where you can start riding. Riders have a chance to see and feel the nature of scenic beauty from Mt. Shin-Thu-Nge. Ride at the base of Mt.Tal and see the beauty of nature. And reach at Mt.Yea-Ta-Gon where you can see the monkey and the beautiful views of nearby mountains to the trailhead. Visit to the Vipassana Meditation Centers (Mental Energy Research Institute) based on Buddha’s teaching by Horse Riding along the Outdoor Horse Tracks ways. So we can observe the technique (how to study) and get the benefits of Meditation in your own experience about 30 minutes at there. On your riding back to the Club, you can ride visit around the Yankin Hill. Lunch with Myanmar Traditional Foods made by green vegetables at the Club. As for riding in BAGAN, visitors who want to enjoy the horse riding will have to be transferred to MO private horse riding club as an ideal base for horse ridings. It is situated at HTI PU village, 45 km away from NYAUNG OO, founded by U Thant Sin Mo @ Richard Mo Kyaw. From this starting point visitors can enjoy their horse riding treks, choosing one of the three different treks such as HT IPU – MT.TU YWIN (28km), HTI PU-NGATHAYAUK (25km) and HTI PU – MT.POPA (24km).

Horse Riding Around Temple

Traveling by a horse is a relaxing and elegant way to enjoy the temples of Bagan. This about 2 hour riding trip explores the best of Bagan’s tempes , starting early morning from our base camp (near Shwezigone Pagoda) and proceeds to Alodawpyae Pagoda , Bulaethi Pagoda, Dhammayangyi Temple, Sulamuni Temple, Htilominlo Temple and finishing again at our base camp.

On thw way, we can visit Set Set Yo village, where children still wear traditional topknot with front fringe which is locally known as “Yaung Pae Soo”. On arrival at NGATHAYAUK village take a short break for refreshing our horses and having our lunch there leisurely, enjoying the unique peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the dry zone of Myanmar. Following breakfast begin a leisurely morning of our horse riding tour with riding on the mountain trail to Pindaya famous for its Pindaya natural Cave in which over 8000 Buddha statues were enshrined from different periods. Take a short rest at Pa Laung village and will have our lunch at that village. And then proceed to Pindaya. We will be passing through the Pa O and Danu villages of Pwehla endless fields of dry cultivated mountain rice and potato . On arrival Pindaya, we ride to Pindaya cave. Upon arrival at the foot of Mt. Pindaya, leave our horse there and sightseeing in the cave. After sightseeing end of our tour .

Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon start your riding tour to heading to Ywa Thit, one of the Palaung village near by Kalaw. On the way, you can enjoy their orange gardens and green tea plants. After that ride back to Kalaw, stopping en route at View Point and back to Kalaw. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Kalaw.

Day : 02 - KALAW – KYONE VILLAGE

After breakfast at hotel we ride out from Kalaw to Yazagyi village. On the way we will stop at Ywar Lae village (Palaung tribe) for your refreshment and horses. After taking a rest proceed to That Yet Pin village (Danu tribe) where we will have lunch. After lunch we continue our riding to kyone village ( Danu tribe). Upon arrival at this village take a rest. Dinner and overnight at Kyone village.

Day : 03 - KYONE VILLAGE– YAZAGYI – ZANDIKONE

Breakfast at the village we travel on horseback to kyone village, stopping en route at Yazagyi village for your refreshment and horses. Lunch at Ka Lat Kone village. After lunch proceed to Zandikone , passing en route some villages. On arrival at Zandikone village , make sightseeing in the village. Dinner and overnight at Zandikone village.

Day : 04 - ZANDIKONE – PINDAYA

Breakfast at the village and continue our riding tour to Pindaya famous for its Pindaya natural Cave in which over 8000 Buddha statues were enshrined from different periods. Native along the way do the plantation for potatoes, coffee, ginger, maltrice, cabbage, cauliflower and sesame.. Day : 04 - KYONE VILLAGE-KALAW

Breakfast at Kyone village and continue our riding tour to small village, stopping en route at Naung Ye village(Danu tribe) for your refreshment and horses . Travelling by horse riding is one of the most pleasurable ways to view counttyside, passing ethnic villages that are usually of the tourist trail and through countryside that is seldom seen. Mostly we will have to ride up along the riding trail. Lunch at Yae Cho village. And then proceed to Kalaw,the former British hill station.On arrival at view point of Kalaw we end up our riding tour with refreshing our horses. Transfer by car about 15 minutes to your Hotel .Dinner at a local restrurant and overnight at your Hotel in Kalaw.

Day : 03 - KALAW– KYONE VILLAGE (L/D)

After breakfast at hotel we ride out from Kalaw to Kyone village. On the way we will stop at Ywar Lae village (Palaung tribe) for your refreshment and horses. After taking a rest proceed to That Yet Pin village (Danu tribe) where we will have lunch. After lunch we continue our riding to kyone village ( Danu tribe). Upon arrival at the village take a rest. Dinner and overnight at the village.

Day : 04 - KYONE VILLAGE – YAZAGYI – ZANDAKONE (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the village we travel on horseback to kyone village, stopping en route at Yazagyi village for your refreshment and horses. Lunch at Ka Lat Kone village. After lunch proceed from Yazagyi , passing en route some villages. On arrival at Zandikone village, make sightseeing in the village. Dinner and overnight at Zandikone village.

Day : 05 - ZANDAKONE – PINDAYA

Breakfast at the village and continue our riding tour to Pindayafamous for its Pindaya natural Cave in which over 8000 Buddha statues were enshrined from different periods. Lunch at a small village. In the late afternoon we arrival in Pindaya and transfer to your hotel. After a short rest at hotel ride to Pindaya cave. Upon arrival at the foot of Mt. Pindaya, leave our horse there and sightseeing in the cave. After the sightseeing ride back to hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant and Overnight at a hotel in Pindaya.

Day : 06 - PINDAYA -HEHO

In the morning have breakfast at hotel and transfer to Heho airport for your departure flight back to Yangon.

Day : 02 - BAWSAI – KONLON(B/L/D)

Following breakfast begin a leisurely morning of our horse riding tour with riding on the mountain trail to KONLON, stopping en route at small village. And then proceed to KONLON where we can see the dead body of the venerable Monk KONLON. On arrival at KONLON .we will stop our riding tour with refreshing our horses and having our dinner there and overnight at KONLON.

Day : 03 - KONLON – PINDAYA(B/L/D)

In the morning enjoy your breakfast at the village. Following breakfast begin a leisurely morning of our horse riding tour with riding on the mountain trail to Pindaya famous for its Pindaya natural Cave in which over 8000 Buddha statues were enshrined from different periods. Take a short rest at Pa Laung village and will have our lunch at that village. And then proceed to Pindaya .We will be passing through the Pa O and Danu villages of Pwehla endless fields of dry cultivated mountain rice and potatos. On arrival Pindaya, we ride to Pindaya cave and make sightseeing in the cave. After sightseeing, we ride to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Pindaya.

Day : 04 - PINDAYA – ZANDIKONE

Breakfast at your hotel and continue our riding tour to Zandigone Village. The trail goes through beautiful scenery. On the way visit the village of Danu and Shan.Your guide will introduce you to the villagers and will show you the traditional ways of life. Native along the way do the plantation for potatoes, coffee, ginger, maltrice, cabbage, cauliflower and sesame. Lunch at a small village. After lunch proceed to proceed Zandikone village. .Upon arrival at the village we stop our riding, giving a break our horses for refreshing them. Dinner and over night at Zandikone village.

After breakfast at village , your riding tour start for 3 hour to Ye Cho village.On the way , one can see the wheat, ginger, potato plants. After that, proceed riding to Htitain village ( Pa O village),where you will get the pleasant view of plantations and will have a dinner. Overnight at Htitain local monastery and get a unique experience.

Day : 08 - HTITAIN – INNDAIN

In the morning enjoy your breakfast at the village. Following breakfast begin a leisurely morning of our horse riding tour with riding up onto some mountains. Mostly we will have to ride up along the riding trail. Travelling by horse riding is one of the most pleasurable ways to view countryside, passing ethnic villages that are usually off the tourist trail and through countryside that is seldom seen. Day : 10 - NYAUNG KONE VILLAGE – HEHO
